  • Magnesium is a necessary nutrient the body needs that we often lack much of. It can be found in certain foods, in pill form, as sprays, and oils. Though magnesium is not technically an oil, it does have a slightly oily feel when combined with distilled water and applied topically. 

     

    There is research that suggests that magnesium can help support sleep, muscle and nerve function, promote relaxation, and more.
